RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED GOODS, SHORTAGES, AND RETURNS:
Return Policy- shortage and damages must be reported within 24 hrs. of receiving merchandise.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 72 hrs of receiving merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges.
All returned items will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
All sales of trikes or trike conversion kits are final, no returns.
All sales of orders shipped outside of the United States are final, no returns.
We use Recycled boxes.
